Questioning 9/11

I, for one, believe there are a lot of unanswered questions about the events surrounding 11 September 2001. For example, what is the story behind the Bin Laden family being flown out the country while the rest of us — including my daughter, thousands of miles from home — were grounded. Or, how can the Bush Administration justify what seems obvious: that they didn't take the terrorist threat as seriously as they claim they did?

But I'm not especially big on conspiracy theories. I've never seriously doubted that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in assassinating President Kennedy. Likewise, although I think the Bush Administration is misleading us about seriously they took the terrorist threat priot to 9/11, I'm not sure I would have done much differently myself in their shoes.

But for you died-in-the-wool conspiracy theorists, there's a new web site for a group that describes themselves as

... a campaign to educate the public about the Sept. 11th coverup and inspire popular pressure to overturn the "incompetence theory" and expose the truth surrounding the events of 9/11 before the November election; namely, that elements within the U.S. government must have been complicit, or worse, for the attacks to happen the way they did.
