I'll testify, but only in public and not under oath.
What!? To insist upon her not being put under oath seems diametrically opposed to what the Bush administration would be trying to accomplish by allowing Condoleeza Rice to testify before the 9/11 Commission. I'm having more and more trouble understanding how anyone can take them seriously. Yet it seems almost half the population does! (Via Matthew Yglesias at TAPPED—I must say I think the headline there is a little harsh. But one has to wonder, "Why insist on not being under oath unless one is planning to lie?")
