What is this ridiculous new middle-class misery index the Kerry campaign has come up with?
It selectively focuses on only seven numbers,
- median family income,
- college tuition [costs],
- health costs,
- gasoline cost,
- homeownership rate, and
- private-sector job growth,
and... Surprise! Surprise!
It's performed worse than ever in the first three years of the Bush administration.
Spinsanity has more debunking
of this silly index.
My son says that the more he learns about John Kerry, the more he thinks he'll make a good President.
Unfortunately, I find the opposite.
