How can I tell if I have Internet access? I got a mail piece from American Express offering me additional rebates on my cash-back card. It directed me to a web site on which I could enroll. There it said, By clicking the "Enroll" button, I certify that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions below. So, as I usually do, I read the terms and conditions. Among them was this one: If you do not have internet access, please call 1-800-653-6051.
